IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

All furniture, light fixtures, sale items, and special orders are considered a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded. Regular non-sale in-store, in-stock items in their original packaging and condition accompanied by a sales receipt can be returned within 7 days of purchase.

ONLINE RETURNS

No returns or refunds unless the item was damaged in shipping.


DAMAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)

Upon receipt, please inspect your items carefully for any damage or defects. If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us via email at shop@chhomeinteriors.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please include pictures of the damage and pictures of the shipping box as well. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted. Once we receive your email, we will determine next steps.


VARIATIONS (ONLINE PURCHASES)
